Rise Up and Meet Your Soccer Dreams in the Air!

I started playing soccer when I was in Kindergarten because it was the only sport I could play at that age, and I have enjoyed every minute of it since. I currently play club soccer for Dakota Alliance SC and play for the DASC 2005 Black team. I attend Harrisburg High School where I was a freshman starter and current captain of our soccer team as a sophomore. I also run varsity track (sprints) for my high school team. I have been a member of our state’s Dakota ODP Team for four years and have been named to the Midwest Region team each of the four years I was eligible, and was selected in 2019 and 2020 to represent our state and region at the ODP Interregionals in Florida. In 2021, I faced one of the most difficult hurdles in my career when I tore my ACL and missed out on my club, ODP and high school year. That was extremely difficult as it was the first injury of my career and I missed the first games of my career.

This injury showed me that if you “Rise Up and Meet Your Dreams in the Air” you can overcome anything so you can continue to chase the dreams you had as a little girl looking to play soccer at the highest levels. To this day, I still wonder if I found soccer or it found me!

  • 2022, 2020 & 2019 ODP Interregional 2006 Team Member - Midwest Region – Youngest member of an Interregional team in SD history (at the time) and 3x member

  • 2018 & 2019 Best 11 at President’s Cup Nationals (2005 Age Group as a 2006 Player)

  • 2019 Golden Boot Winner in President’s Cup Nationals (2005 Age Group as 2006 Player) – 1st Girl in SD soccer history to win a National tournament award in soccer

  • 2019 President’s Cup National Champions (2005 Age Group as a 2006 Player) –
    1st team in SD history to win a National Championship in soccer

  • 2019 ODP Midwest Region Team Selection for International trip to Iceland (Covid)

  • 2020 South Dakota High School (Largest Conference) All Conference Team (Only Freshman)

  • 2020 South Dakota High School (Largest Class) All State Team (Only Freshman)

  • 2020 led HS Team as a Freshman to best record in school history (more than doubled previous high win total) while breaking or tying 5 school records (Scoring & Assists)

    NOTE: Did not play in 2021 (Club, ODP or HS) due to injury.
